He is the Group Chief Operating Officer of KCB Bank Group Ltd., East Africa’s largest Banking Group. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from the International Leadership University, Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) London.
Samuel joined KCB on 1st July 2013, and has more than 20 years experience in banking. Prior to joining KCB Bank Group, he served in major regional and international banks in various parts of Africa, the Middle East and Asia, and the United Kingdom, over 10 of which were at Executive Management level in Strategic Leadership and Business Development. He previously worked in Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Equity Bank at both international and regional levels which enabled him gain extensive experience and vast knowledge of the International, African, Regional and local economic and banking environment. He currently serves as Director on the Boards of KCB Bank Kenya, KCB Bank Uganda, KCB Capital, and KCB Insurance.

Dr. Nicholas Pearce serves as the founder and chief executive officer of The Vocati Group, a boutique global executive advisory consultancy, and as an award-winning clinical professor of management and organizations at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He also serves as Assistant Pastor of Chicago’s historic Apostolic Church of God, where in addition to his preaching and teaching duties, he provides leadership to the Christian education and discipleship ministries of Apostolic’s 12,000-member congregation.

Dave Evans joined the Stanford Design Program in 2007 where he teaches the popular Designing Your Life courses. Dave's passion is to help undergrads and grads apply the innovative principles of design thinking to the wicked problem of designing your life after Stanford. Dave obtained his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and returns to Stanford following 30+ years of executive leadership and management consulting in high technology. Dave product managed the first mouse and early laser-printing projects at Apple, was a co-founder of Electronic Arts, and has consulted to dozens of start-ups and major corporations.
Dr. Derek McNeil is the Senior Vice President of Academics at the Seattle School of Psychology and Theology.
Dr. McNeil has a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to joining The Seattle School, Dr. McNeil worked at Wheaton College Graduate School for 15 years, working in the PsyD program with doctoral students in counseling psychology. He has also worked as a clinician in private practice, a diversity advisor and coordinator, an organizational consultant, and an administrator.
