Dr. Nicholas Pearce serves as the founder and chief executive officer of The Vocati Group, a boutique global executive advisory consultancy, and as an award-winning clinical professor of management and organizations at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He also serves as Assistant Pastor of Chicago’s historic Apostolic Church of God, where in addition to his preaching and teaching duties, he provides leadership to the Christian education and discipleship ministries of Apostolic’s 12,000-member congregation.

Designing Your Life - Dave Evans

Dave Evans joined the Stanford Design Program in 2007 where he teaches the popular Designing Your Life courses. Dave's passion is to help undergrads and grads apply the innovative principles of design thinking to the wicked problem of designing your life after Stanford. Dave obtained his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and returns to Stanford following 30+ years of executive leadership and management consulting in high technology. Dave product managed the first mouse and early laser-printing projects at Apple, was a co-founder of Electronic Arts, and has consulted to dozens of start-ups and major corporations.

The Leadership Crucible - Dr. Derek McNeil

Dr. Derek McNeil is the Senior Vice President of Academics at the Seattle School of Psychology and Theology.

Dr. McNeil has a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to joining The Seattle School, Dr. McNeil worked at Wheaton College Graduate School for 15 years, working in the PsyD program with doctoral students in counseling psychology. He has also worked as a clinician in private practice, a diversity advisor and coordinator, an organizational consultant, and an administrator.

Greg Jao - God @Work

Greg Jao is the Director of External Relations and Special Assistant to the President at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

Prior to his ministry with InterVarsity, Greg worked as an employee benefits attorney in Chicago. Greg is a graduate of The University of Chicago (B.A. English, 1990) and The Northwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1994). He has also served as a Trustee of Langham Partnership US.
