The highlight of our cohort year, our annual Global Cohort Gathering brings all of our cohort participants together so we can invest, teach, and encourage them to have Kingdom impact in their workplaces, churches, and cities.
This year, we will explore the theme of Restful Work – how yoking ourselves to Christ allows us to lay aside the competing yokes (self focus, seeking approval, striving for success, perfection, etc.) that weigh us down. When we take on the yoke of Christ and let Him lead, we allow Him to set the pace and determine our course. When we lean into His sufficiency and we acknowledge our limitations, we’ll find that His grace meets us where we are lacking, so we can find true rest in Him as we pursue the vocation and calling He has placed before us.
