Resource Global develops and activates faith-filled marketplace leaders to lead with gospel-centered purpose in their workplaces, communities, and cities. Through our transformative model of gospel-centered teaching, intentional mentorship, meaningful community, and practical activation, leaders are formed from the inside out—growing in character, purpose, and the confidence to integrate their faith with their work.
This year, we welcomed 114 new leaders in nine cities and two virtual cohorts into our 2026 Cohort Program. Today, our global network includes more than 600 alumni who continue to encourage one another, invest in their communities, and lead with gospel-centered purpose. Together, they are advancing the gospel through their work, relationships, and leadership in cities around the world.
