“I'm finding more so that the lessons I learned during last year’s cohort's sessions are being applied now. At work, I have stepped into "formal" leadership for the first time and all the gospel leadership foundations are key. The way I interact with my reports, shape the vision for our team, and address conflict - all very new things for me as a manager - requires a level of discernment and guidance that only the Holy Spirit can provide. Beyond those practical applications, the RG family has been a great source of encouragement as I navigate these new challenges and changes in my life.”
