Harry brings more than 20 years of experience across leadership development, nonprofit management, business development, education, and organisational leadership. He has served in senior operational and executive roles within businesses, churches, and nonprofit organisations, and currently supports global leaders through The Leader’s Journey. His experience includes developing partnerships, building sustainable programmes, fundraising, governance, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping organisations translate vision into practical action.

Based in Somerset West, South Africa, Harry is married to Geraldine, and they have two children, Lia Grace and Luke. His Christian faith is central to his life and leadership, and he is passionate about helping people discover their purpose and use their influence for the good of their communities. He enjoys spending time with his family, engaging with leaders from different cultures, exploring the outdoors, and creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and thrive.
