Kaitlyn Tinney

Austin City Director

Kaitlyn’s work has centered on developing leaders, strengthening mentorship networks, and helping people navigate seasons of growth, leadership, and transition. Her background includes nonprofit leadership, mentor program development, volunteer training, fundraising, and strategic partnership building. Throughout her career, she has worked across education, faith, business, nonprofit, and government sectors to create pathways for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

She is passionate about helping people gain clarity around their calling and recognize the unique influence they have in the places God has positioned them. Having experienced the impact of mentors, community, and faith in her own life, Kaitlyn believes leadership grows out of a deep understanding of who God created us to be and how we can use our gifts to lead and serve others well. She is energized by opportunities to connect people, cultivate collaboration, and help others take their next step forward.

Kaitlyn serves as the Austin City Director for Resource Global. She and her husband, Zac, live in the Austin area with their son. Whether she’s traveling, relaxing by the water, playing board games with family and friends, or leading worship, Kaitlyn enjoys bringing people together and creating memories that last.
