Kaitlyn’s work has centered on helping young people, mentors, and communities gain clarity, discover purpose, and build meaningful connections. Her background includes nonprofit leadership, mentorship program development, volunteer training, fundraising, and strategic partnership development. Most recently, she led the growth of the Purpose Project Mentor Program, helping expand access to mentorship for youth and young adults through partnerships with schools, courts, churches, and community organizations. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about creating systems and relationships that help people move from uncertainty to clarity and take meaningful steps toward their future.

Kaitlyn’s passion for mentorship is deeply personal. Having experienced the impact of mentors, community, and faith in her own life, she believes every person has a unique purpose and a place to belong. She is passionate about helping people discover who they are, why they are here, and why it matters. She and her husband, Zac, live in the Austin area with their son. Whether it’s traveling, relaxing by the water, playing board games with family and friends, or leading worship, Kaitlyn loves creating meaningful experiences and celebrating the moments that make life memorable.
