Kent Lau

Chief of Staff

Kent serves as Chief of Staff, providing strategic guidance and operational support for the organization. He is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's operations. He also collaborates closely with the President and other department heads to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.

For the past twenty years, Kent has served as the Director of Operations for the Chicago Principals & Administrators Association. In this role, he has been responsible for providing critical employment and professional support for public school administrators in Chicago. He has extensive experience planning events of all sizes and can regularly be seen playing a supporting role in Resource Global events around the globe.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Kent serves as chair of the board of elders at his local church and is the President of the Pui Tak Christian School Board in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood.
