Léia holds a degree in Business Administration and have experience in audiovisual production, photography, and event management, working in both creative and operational roles in fast-paced environments. Léia has experience with managing projects, events, mentorship initiatives, connecting people and ideas strategically, and creating quality visual content for organizations. Léia combines strong organizational skills with a creative eye, allowing her to effectively bridge strategy, storytelling, and execution.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and having meals together. She enjoys turning ideas into visuals, exploring my passion for photography and audiovisual work, and finding creative ways to tell impactful stories.
