Mike Gogis

Mike brings a unique mix of strategic business development, mission and value alignment, and the ability to partner with creative visionary leaders. He has a wide range of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors and maximizing the intersection of achieving mission impact with delivering bottom line results. He has helped at all stages of the company life cycle, from startup to scale to sale as well as helping companies improve operational effectiveness and bottom line results.

He is the founder of Impact Quotient (IQ), and Founding Partner of Handshake Partners (a boutique social impact consultancy). As CFO of the Willow Creek Association (a global non-profit leadership development organization) for 20 years, he helped profitably grow the company from a startup to over $30M in annual revenue while overseeing global expansion and growing its largest event, The Global Leadership Summit, to reach over 400,000 people a year around the world. 

Mike graduated summa cum laude from Taylor University with a degree in Accounting Systems. He is married to Laura and has two sons Logan (16) and Landon (13). He served as an Elder at Park Community Church.
