Sarah Miglio

Chief Operating Officer


Sarah Miglio serves as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for planning and executing RG's global mission strategy. Sarah oversees all cohort programs and provides leadership to the strategic planning process, implementing new programmatic strategic initiatives and partnerships. 


With over twenty years of experience in non-profits and higher education, Sarah provides adaptive and data-informed change management that is informed by her experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. As the Assistant Provost at Wheaton College, she has led the implementation of the new general education curriculum, launched new academic student services under the Learning & Teaching Collaborative, and collaborated on many campus-wide initiatives related to new programs and faculty development. She earned a Ph.D. in American history and the Modern Middle East from the University of Notre Dame. Sarah publishes on the intersection of American culture, religion, politics, and the Modern Middle East.

Sarah and her husband, Adam, enjoy hiking, kayaking, and board games with their two sons. As a lifelong Midwesterner, she finds ways to embrace the region’s rhythms through gardening and seasonal cooking and baking.
