Xavier Gallegos

Tokyo Program Lead

With a background in business strategy and product management, Xavier Gallegos brings a blend of analytical rigor and relational leadership to his work with leaders and organizations. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a degree in Biochemistry, and later worked in health tech as a product manager across both startup and large corporate environments. Over the past several years, Xavier has lived and worked across the U.S., London, and Tokyo, supporting mission-driven efforts at the intersection of faith, leadership, and redemptive work. He is especially passionate about helping people clarify vision, make wise decisions, and build with excellence.

Xavier is a first-generation college graduate who loves business, entrepreneurship, and the craft of building things that truly serve people. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, studying languages, singing and playing guitar, and cultivating community wherever he goes. He will be based in Tokyo, where he is committed to supporting and strengthening the next generation of Christian marketplace leaders.
