Cape Town?
Cape Town is Africa's southernmost city, second largest city of South Africa, also its legislative capital, and the 3rd largest economy in Africa
While Johannesburg is the economic capital of South Africa, Cape Town is the most entrepreneurial city and also the top innovation and “Tech hub" of South Africa.
With 11 official languages and a population of 60 million people, South Africa is a beautiful country still emerging from the ruins of the legally mandated system of racial segregation known as Apartheid which ended in 1994. Nearly three decades later approximately 50% of the adult population lives in poverty, partly explaining South Africa’s place as the most economically unequal country in the world.
We are partnering with 360 Transformation (a NPO established for integral mission in South Africa and recently registered 501c3 in Chicago) to launch our first cohort in January 2024. We’re excited about the role we as Resource Global have been given by God to contribute to the gospel transformation of this great city!
Meet Our Cape Town City Director
As the Cape Town City Director, Kevin is responsible for leading and developing the cohort and alumni in that city. He is passionate about Christians being equipped and actively engaged in their Kingdom calling.
Kevin also serves as the Southern African Coordinator for Medical Ambassadors International. Along with his wife of 27 years, Kevin co-founded and is Managing Director of 360 Transformation, which helps equip Christian Leaders for wholistic transformation.
Kevin has a BA in Biblical Studies and an MDiv from Trinity International University/Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
His love for travel has led him to more than 60 countries. He is originally from the U.S. and has lived in the Philippines and England before settling in Cape Town, South Africa.
