Young Professionals Restoring Their City
Redeeming work in Tokyo
Why
Tokyo?
As one of the world’s most influential cities, Tokyo shapes business, technology, and culture across the globe. Yet with a small Christian population and a demanding work culture where faith is often considered private, emerging leaders face unique challenges in integrating their faith and work.
Tokyo’s emphasis on harmony and deeply rooted traditions shapes how people approach their work, relationships, and communities. Despite its size and global influence, loneliness and social isolation remain significant challenges. In this environment, there are meaningful opportunities for faith-filled leaders to demonstrate their faith through integrity, service, and relationships built on trust, with the potential for influence extending well beyond Tokyo.
